Return Policy

(a) Returns

If any item you purchased does not meet your expectations, including being defective, damaged, or not as described, you can return it for a refund. Please attach photos of the received item to your email when contacting our customer service team to process the return. This will allow us to improve our service quality and process your return request as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The returned item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all original tags intact.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are refundable for returns due to quality issues. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return.
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to change their mind and return the goods without giving a reason, and BRIGHTLAND.shop must issue a refund. You can contact us at atenolslk56@outlook.com.com to request a return. Upon receipt of the returned goods, BRIGHTLAND.shop will refund the money to the customer's account. Customers only need to pay for shipping costs once (including return shipping costs); there are no restocking fees for returns.
(b) Damaged Goods
Any item that is damaged upon receipt can be returned to BRIGHTLAND.shop for a full refund. Please note that if the damage is limited to the outer packaging and the contents are intact, the product is not considered damaged.

You can cancel your order before the goods are shipped:
(1) If your order has not yet been shipped, you can receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. (2) If you cancel your order more than 24 hours after purchase, you will only receive a partial refund.
